Capital Rail Systems is an asset-management, inspection-documentation, defect-management, reporting, and workflow software platform.

2. No Substitute for Professional Judgment

The Services are not a substitute for the judgment of qualified inspectors, engineers, railroad personnel, safety professionals, or other appropriately qualified individuals.

3. No Safety Certification

Capital Rail Systems does not inspect physical assets itself and does not certify that any track, switch, crossing, diamond, structure, component, or other asset is safe, compliant, defect-free, or suitable for continued operation.

4. Regulatory Compliance

Capital Rail Systems does not guarantee compliance with any federal, state, local, industry, railroad, or internal company rule, standard, regulation, inspection frequency, or operating requirement.

Customers remain responsible for determining which requirements apply to their operations.

5. Data Accuracy

The Services depend upon information entered by users and information stored in the system. Incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or outdated information may affect reports, schedules, alerts, calculations, or other outputs.

6. Reports and Alerts

Customers should independently review reports, inspection histories, due dates, defect information, alerts, calculations, and other outputs before relying on them for maintenance, regulatory, financial, operational, or safety decisions.

7. Availability

Capital Rail Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.

8. Additional Terms

Use of the Services is also subject to the Capital Rail Systems Terms of Service and other applicable agreements and policies.
